SW Marine Drive

Vancouver, BC

We had the opportunity to design a brand new 8000 sq foot home on SW Marine Drive in Vancouver.  Our clients wanted a refined and sophisticated design  with a cool and light feel so our aesthetic reflected just that.  Using a monochromatic color palette of whites, greys and champagne tones, we created a formal and timeless house that matched the grand and classically inspired architecture.  Meticulous attention to detail created a finished home that exudes beauty, formality and in essence, a classic aesthetic for our clients to enjoy for generations.

Goodbrand Drive

Eagle Mountain

After completing the construction of their new 7000 sq ft home, the clients needed a fresh eye to furnish their home.  Enviable Designs worked closely with the clients to create a look that was sophisticated yet classic with a glamorous twist!  Using a selection of beautiful fabrics including mohair, cut velvets and embroidered silks, we created a visual union of golds, champagnes and soft greys. The bespoke soft furniture features elegant lines which is then mixed with accent pieces of polished nickel and glass. The completed design is one which speaks to a refined and polished audience.

Matthews Ave

Vancouver, BC

We were honoured to have the opportunity to work on this beautiful 1920’s Shaughnessy home.  A project which originally began with just a kitchen renovation quickly blossomed into an entire home remodel.  Working on this exquisite home inspired us to create a kitchen and family room which exuded craftsmanship and originality as showcased in the ornate detailing and bespoke millwork throughout the entire house.  Custom milled mouldings and bespoke herringbone hardwood floors, created a backdrop to continue the use of intricate yet stunning details such as the coffered ceilings, crystal pendants and arched cabinetry.  The final result was one that showcased sophistication and complete regard for the home’s original architecture.

Dunbar

This house was designed with exquisite detail in mind.  We wanted to create a European inspired home that spoke to quality, architectural detail and livability for the new owners.  By using warm colors, natural materials and customized millwork throughout the home, we were able to design a space that feels sophisticated yet comfortable.

Hampton Place

A warm and inviting kitchen with an open plan were the requests of our clients living in a townhouse in Hampton Place.  We started by removing some partition walls to create the open concept and provide a  necessary connection point with the main floor.  Beautiful white cabinetry with attention to detail alongside a wood-topped island creates the warmth and character for this truly unique kitchen.

Kerrisdale

Vancouver, BC

New construction is always a great opportunity to create original and custom designs for our clients.  This 4500 sq ft home in Shaughnessy was built for an intimate family which honored originality and a unique approach to design.  By using a traditional and netural palette of white and pales greys, we were able to introduce a combination of golds and silvers to add a contemporary touch.  The final result is an interesting blend of traditional elements with the unexpected addition of a modern flair.

White Rock

South Surrey, BC

If ever we felt a project could shine, it would be this one. Upon meeting the client during our initial meeting we soon realised that there would be no holding back! Enviable Designs worked with this 1990’s spec home and completely redesigned the layout of the first and second floors.  We designed custom millwork throughout the home and added much needed  architectural detailing such as crown mouldings, wall panelling and built-in units. This then set the stage for the décor of glimmering mirrors, spectacular tile details and vibrant hits of colour. The final outcome of this home is classic, luxurious and fun!

Collingwood

Vancouver, BC

Kitchens can be stunning works of art.  Our clients wanted a space that felt more like custom furniture than standard kitchen cabinetry.  We designed a kitchen that boasted bespoke turned posts, custom furniture kicks and architectural detail with ceiling mounted beams.  Using a variety of contrasting tones, we warmed the space with sand-on-site rift only white oak hardwood.  The rich brown of the flooring is then replicated in the bowed front unit in the dining space.  Craftsmanship such as this will be shared amongst this family of 5 and enjoyed by all of those who have the pleasure of experiencing it.

Capitol Hill

Burnaby, BC

This custom built house was lovingly created to serve as a fully functioning family home. Enviable Designs worked closely with the clients from beginning to end to create a sophisticated and comfortable home for this family of four. We achieved just this with architectural details such as custom lead detailed glass doors, dramatic coffered ceilings, beautiful wainscoting and stunning tile accents.  An assortment of textural and colorful fabrics help to define this feel and yet balance the practicality that was so necessary.  Family friendly yet refined, this house satisfied all its demands and remains to be a happy family home.

Shaugnessy Place

Vancouver, BC

A traditional 3000 square foot townhouse was transformed into a modern and clean- lined space for a couple downsizing from their larger house.  With the client’s impressive collection of Hollywood memorabilia, we were inspired to create a space that was both modern and hip but also neutral enough to showcase the amazing paintings and momentos.  We used a combination of warm woods throughout the house along with neutral walls but to add a bit of the unexpected, we used a shade of red called “Coca Cola Red” for the kitchen backsplash and pantry door.  A light and cool space, the home now reflects the owner’s passions and interests.

Point Grey Road

Vancouver, BC

Our clients purchased the penthouse on one of the most coveted streets in Vancouver,  Point Grey Road.  Downsizing from a large family home in Shaughnessy, our clients were looking forward to a new space, a new look and a fresh start to their golden years.  But traditional was the last aesthetic they wanted.  To create a modern yet tailored space, we used a variety of linear-grained veneers in grey stains, natural slabs of polished marble and accented everything with a touch of black.  We married some of their existing electic pieces with the new backdrop of a contemporary retreat.  The final look is one that exudes warmth, modernity and  tailored elegance.

Sherwood

Delta, BC

Step by step, this 1970s suburban home, with a little help from Enviable Designs, was transformed into a timelessly classic and bright space. Over the span of 7 months we fully renovated the entire ground floor including the kitchen, living room and family room.  Classic Carrera marble accented against light cabinetry allowed for a classic and tasteful aesthetic. Splendid blues and calm tones characterised the living and dining settings with a feeling of casual elegance. This project certainly gave us a little added lightness to our step!

Le Roi

Vancouver, BC

We completely redesigned this 1990’s home for a busy family of four.  Creating a serene and calming home aesthetic was accomplished by our use of color, texture and lighting.  Blues and greys create a light and airy look while maintaining a neutral backgroup for all things family!  The final result is a polished and comfortably sophisticated home.

Marinaside Crescent

Vancouver, BC

A home away from home. This Jet setting couple wanted a serene and beautiful city pad in which to relax and entertain when visiting Vancouver. Living between two cities, their requirements were that of functionality, simplicity and of course, beauty. With its 180  degree ocean views, this apartment took on the essence of its surroundings in its furnishings, in the form of soft blues, glass and texture. To coincide with its trendy downtown neighbourhood, the project adapted a modern concept. Clean lines, warm woods and shiny chrome allowed for a sleek and smart aesthetic.

Caufield

West Vancouver, BC

A beautiful Tudor style home was purchased by this lovely family as their “forever” home.  But with dated bathrooms, a renovation was necessary.  Enviable Designs Inc. redesigned 5 of the home’s bathrooms with a stunning array of glass tiles, marble countertops and ocean inspired paint colors.  The effect is timeless and soothing for this master retreat and powder room.

Southlands

Vancouver, BC

“A feeling of serenity” was the reaction made by the client upon entering first these bathrooms. They had wanted a place in which to be calm and wash away the troubles of the day. We created subtle accents within the tile, selecting warm toned marbles and mosaics. Soft paint colours combined with delicate wallpapers and lighting gave the bathrooms a serene ambiance. The soft tones were then grounded by rich wooden finishes.

Kitsilano

Vancouver, BC

For this Kitsilano duplex, our design concept was to develop  a sense of refinement combined  with the essence of simplicity.  Characterised by the good taste of the client and some pre –existing pieces, we were able to achieve this aesthetic through the use of custom designed furniture, crystal accents and vibrant artwork work.  We created visual interest throughout this home with classic furnishings and colours that provide a feeling of warmth and classic luxury.

Kelowna

Kelowna, BC

Comfort and warmth resonates from this project. Characterised through a warm colour pallet of burnt umbers, soft creams and luxuriously patterned rugs.  We strove to create a tradition, French color aesthetic to match the architecture of this home. As a summer home used by the clients, we wanted to create a space that was unique and similar to their current home in Vancouver.  We achieved this look by furnishing the home with  a combination of new and  antique pieces as well as stunning lighting. In addition to this Enviable designs completely redesigned their 3 bathrooms.

Valley Drive

Vancouver, BC

When we first saw this project, we envisioned big changes, and big changes we made! We completely gutted and transformed this dark and dated townhouse into an airy and magnificent space. This mature couple wanted a comfortable space to entertain, invite family, relax and enjoy life in their home. The entire house was renovated and designed by Enviable Designs. The kitchen was designed as the hub of the household and as such we chose a light color palette with natural materials to achieve a restful feel.
